Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

1.1. Seller

The Seller operates The More Clinics marketplace (the “Platform”).

1.2. Buyer

The person who buys a paid membership on the Platform and gives their name, billing address, phone number and e-mail address during the purchase (the “Buyer”). The information the Buyer provides during the purchase forms part of this Contract.

2. Subject and scope

This Contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), for the sale and performance of paid patient memberships (e.g. Elite membership) ordered electronically on the Platform: monthly membership services with the scope published on the membership page at the time of purchase.

Treatment and healthcare services offered by doctors and clinics listed on the Platform are not covered by this Contract; they are governed by a separate agreement between the Buyer and the healthcare provider and are paid directly to that provider. Provider plans bought by doctors and clinics for professional or commercial purposes are not consumer transactions; they are governed by the Terms of Service and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Service, price and payment

The name, main characteristics, price including all taxes, applied discounts, payment method and order date of the membership ordered are shown in the order summary before the Buyer confirms the order and in the order details sent to the Buyer's e-mail address afterwards. This information forms an integral part of this Contract.

• Payments made with Stripe are charged in the currency shown on the payment page (USD or EUR).
• Payments made with iyzico or PayTR are charged in Turkish lira (TRY). An amount published in a foreign currency is converted into TRY at the exchange rate applied at the time of the order (the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey's foreign-exchange selling rate or the rate stated in the payment step), and the TRY amount to be charged is shown before you confirm the payment.
• With iyzico and PayTR, instalment options may be offered depending on the bank that issued the card; instalment terms are shown on the payment screen.
• The Seller does not receive or store card details; payment is taken on the secure payment page or form of the relevant payment service provider. See Payment Security for details.

4. Performance

• The paid membership is activated in the Buyer's account once the payment is confirmed.
• If the membership becomes impossible to provide, the Seller informs the Buyer in writing or on a durable medium within 3 days of learning of it and refunds all payments received within 14 days of that notice at the latest.

5. Right of withdrawal

• The Buyer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without any legal or penal liability.
• Notice of withdrawal must reach the Seller in writing or on a durable medium before the period expires, by e-mail to info@themoreclinics.com or through the contact page. Please state your order or receipt number.
• The Seller refunds all payments received within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal at the latest, in one instalment, using the payment method the Buyer used and without any cost or obligation for the Buyer. The refund is made to the same card through the payment service provider that took the payment (Stripe, iyzico or PayTR).

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, or to services whose performance began with the Buyer's consent before the withdrawal period ended. These exceptions do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights regarding defective services.

7. Defective services

If the membership services are defective, the Buyer may use the rights granted by Law No. 6502 for defective services. Defects can be reported to info@themoreclinics.com or through the contact page, stating the order or receipt number.

8. Special terms for paid memberships

• The membership period is one month. Memberships paid with Stripe renew automatically every month on the same payment method unless cancelled. The Buyer can cancel at any time under My account → Membership & assistant support; no further period is charged and the membership remains usable until the end of the paid period.
• Memberships paid with iyzico or PayTR are one month paid in advance and do not renew on their own; the Buyer is reminded before the period ends, and the membership is only extended by a new payment from the Buyer.
• Sections 5 and 6 apply to the right of withdrawal. No pro-rata refund is made for the current period, except where the law requires a refund or the service could not be provided for reasons attributable to the Seller.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data are processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to perform the membership, for invoicing, to meet legal obligations and for customer support. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disputes

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place; above those limits, by the Consumer Courts after the mediation process required by law. Applications to a Consumer Arbitration Committee can also be made through e-Devlet. The Buyer may first send complaints to info@themoreclinics.com or through the contact page.

11. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the Buyer electronically confirms having read and accepted the Pre-Contract Information Form and this Contract. The Contract is concluded when the Buyer confirms the order. After the order is confirmed, the Seller sends this Contract and the Pre-Contract Information Form on a durable medium to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
