The More Health

Terms of Service

What the Platform is, accounts, requests and quotes, the patient assistant, memberships, reviews, provider obligations, liability and governing law.

Version: 2026-09

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of The More Clinics health-tourism marketplace (the pages under /marketplace, the patient account and the clinic, doctor and agency portals; together the “Platform”). By using the Platform or opening an account you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. Parties and definitions

  • Platform operator (“we”): The More Clinics Anonim Şirketi, Fener, 07160 Muratpaşa / Antalya, Türkiye, e-mail: info@themoreclinics.com.
  • Patient: a natural person looking for treatment information, sending a request or opening an account (or a parent or legal guardian acting for someone under 18).
  • Provider: a clinic, hospital, practice, doctor or health-tourism agency listed on the Platform.
  • Request: an information or price enquiry a patient sends to a Provider or to our patient assistant team.
  • Quote: a written price and scope a Provider prepares for one patient.
  • Package: a treatment package with a published price on the Platform.
  • Special offer (campaign): a public discounted price applied to a published package for a limited time.
  • Patient assistant: a Platform staff member who helps you with your requests by message.

2. What the Platform is

  • The Platform is an independent marketplace that connects patients with Providers; it is not a healthcare provider. We do not examine, diagnose, treat or give medical advice. All medical decisions and responsibility for a treatment lie with the Provider and the doctor who carries it out.
  • We do not take payment for treatment and we take no cut (commission) of the treatment price. The Platform is funded by the monthly plans Providers pay.
  • The treatment contract is made directly between you and the Provider. We are not a party to it.
  • The information on Providers’ pages (services, prices, CVs, photos) is supplied by the Providers. We check licences and documents before publication; this check is not a guarantee of the outcome of any treatment.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to open an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date. You may not transfer your account or let others use it.
  • Keep your password secret. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us at once at info@themoreclinics.com. We recommend switching on two-step verification.
  • You can ask for your account to be deleted from your account page; the request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Requests and quotes

  • Your request goes only to the Provider named on the form (or to our patient assistant team). Sharing your health information depends on the explicit consent you give by ticking the consent box on the form.
  • A quote is the Provider’s preliminary price based on the information you gave. After an examination or further tests the Provider may change the price and scope. The validity date on a quote runs to the end of that day in the Provider’s time zone.
  • Accepting a quote does not mean you pay anything through the Platform; no payment is taken at this step. Payment and cancellation terms are agreed between you and the Provider.
  • When a Provider marks a treatment as “completed”, you are asked to confirm it. Writing a review depends on this confirmation.
  • You can withdraw a request from your account at any time.
  • Prices are set in the Provider’s own currency. Amounts shown to you in your currency are approximate (≈), calculated with European Central Bank rates; they do not change the amount charged.

5. Patient assistant

  • Your patient assistant helps you by message: adds a note under the quotes in your account, answers your questions and follows your conversations with Providers.
  • The patient assistant does not give medical advice, does not decide on a Provider’s behalf, does not give legal or insurance advice and does not accompany you in person.
  • How long assistant support lasts depends on your membership plan (6 months after treatment for Premium, 12 months for Elite).

6. Patient memberships

  • Premium is the basic plan, free for every patient. Elite is a paid plan; its current price, contents and duration are shown on the Membership Plans page.
  • Memberships are not insurance. They do not cover treatment costs and do not pay for complications or compensation.
  • Renewal depends on the payment method: plans that renew automatically can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the current period; periods paid once do not renew by themselves. No partial refunds are made for periods already used; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Special offers

  • Special offers are campaign prices valid for the period a Provider sets. The “Request a quote at this price” button sends a quote request; it is not a booking or a purchase.
  • A campaign price does not replace the final quote the Provider gives after an examination. If the package price or its publication changes, the campaign is paused automatically.

8. Reviews, ranking and badges

  • Only patients with an appointment completed through the Platform and confirmed by them can write reviews. Reviews are moderated before publication; your name is shown with the initial of your surname (“Ayşe K.”). Providers and their staff cannot review their own organisation.
  • Your review must reflect your real experience and must not contain insults, personal data, medically misleading statements or advertising. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules.
  • Star ratings are shown once a Provider has at least 5 verified reviews. Google and Trustpilot ratings are shown separately with their source and are not counted in the Platform rating.
  • “Sponsored · Top Rated” is a paid promotion and is always labelled as such. The default order of search results shows these paid placements first; the sort menu says so.
  • The “Verified” badge means the Provider’s licence has been approved by our compliance team. Providers whose licence is under review, expired or not uploaded are labelled with that status.

9. Ask a doctor and Q&A

  • Doctors’ answers are general information; they do not replace an examination, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Questions and answers are moderated before publication. Your question is published only if you give a separate consent, and without your name.
  • Do not use the Platform in a medical emergency; call 112 (or the emergency number of your country) at once or go to the nearest emergency department.

10. Online payments

Paid memberships bought on the Platform are governed by the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy you confirm when purchasing. As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions in the law.

11. Providers’ obligations

In addition to these Terms, Providers are bound by the provider agreement and the country-specific documents they accept when applying and in their portal. In summary, Providers must:

  • upload valid licence, specialty and authorisation documents and keep them current;
  • give accurate, current and non-misleading information about their services, prices and themselves;
  • process the patient data passed to them only for the request concerned, in line with data protection law and the data processing agreement signed with the Platform;
  • publish before/after photos only with the patient’s written, signed consent;
  • not contact patients in misleading ways to take them off the Platform, and not try to influence patient reviews.

If a Provider breaches these obligations we may unpublish its page, suspend its account or terminate its agreement.

12. Prohibited use

When using the Platform you may not:

  • open an account or send a request in someone else’s name or with false information;
  • share other people’s personal data without permission;
  • publish misleading, insulting or unlawful content or content that infringes third parties’ rights;
  • scrape the Platform with automated tools, harvest data, try to get round security measures or use it in a way that disrupts the service;
  • upload malware or try to access other users’ accounts;
  • use the Platform for unauthorised advertising or referrals.

13. Intellectual property

The Platform’s design, software, brand and the content we prepare belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission except for personal, non-commercial use. You keep the rights to the content you upload (reviews, questions, photos); you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on the Platform for as long as it stays published.

14. Liability

  • Providers are responsible for the outcome of the treatments they provide, for performing their contract with you and for the accuracy of the information they give.
  • We take reasonable care to run the Platform without interruption or error; we are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, updates or events outside our control.
  • Our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence and for harm to life or health is not excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights cannot be limited by these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, behave in a way that harms others, or where the law requires it; where possible we will tell you the reason.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current text is always published on this page with its effective date. We will announce material changes at least 15 days in advance by e-mail or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and Consumer Courts at their place of residence or where the transaction took place. Consumers living in the European Union or another country keep the rights given to them by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country. For disputes with users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of the place of our address (Fener, 07160 Muratpaşa / Antalya, Türkiye) have jurisdiction.
